ITS NOT HUMAN NATURE, ITS CAPITALIST NATURE.
I do not believe it is human nature to want to be above others in society. Animals like to be above others, like to win territory and of course humans are just nothing more than advanced animals. However the key term there is advanced, if we are as superior as we like to think to all other living creatures on this planet surely we could work around this and be more genourous, acting in a more ‘I want to see what I can do for you’ rather than ‘If I’m doing this how much are you paying me’ attitude.
There is a saying ‘money is the root of all evil’ it really is, but it is nothing more than paper, and it grows in trees, it is us humans that give it value and purpose. It is because of money that people need to be repressed because if money was the answer, we could just print it countlessly and give everybody enough, but then this wouldn’t work because nobody would do anything. We need money as a motivational item to make us strive to produce goods and services that we rely on. However most of these goods and products that we so dearly need are nothing more than materialistic, they give us a false sense of temporary happiness, all man really needs is food, water, and something to do.
Capitalism revolves around people making profit, but there are little workers in that team that allow that person at the top to make all the money whilst they work ten times harder but do not see the rewards, we say Capitalism allows a means to survive to the lower classes but why do they not see the benefits that the person at the top of every business sees? If we did not live in this materialistic Capitalist environment the person at the top would not need all that money as it would be pointless, as we would only need money for the basics of survival. therefore the money would be shared out more equally among everyone, after all we all have something we are good at, just because one person has an idea, another person who works hard to make that idea happen should be rewarded equally.

The Capitalist Bottle Neck Sequence
We have not achieved Capitalism yet and it is already this bad, the shift of money hasn’t shifted, therefore we do not have a FREE Market. It isn’t a free market for the simple reason, money has not exchanged hands, the rich tend to be the same individual families they were 150 years ago. Money is what equal opportunity and once a family obtains money, it can ensure future wealth and job opportunities for many people born into the family to come. This is the problem with the ruling class, many of them are rich because of what their ancestors did, not what they did. Therefore their families businesses are still too big for small businesses to compete with, because they have already grown so large and their legacy is left behind after them. We have a ruling class making decisions who do not have the creativity and brains to make these decisions, they are where they are because they were those kids in class who put their hands up to answer quickest, this does not make them the best people to make decisions. To stay in their position they support those above them, this is like a bottle neck sequence as those below them support them too, regardless of whether they agree or disagree just to quite simply, stay in their positions. so everybody is supported by the person below so that they too will be supported, so they all stay as one in their positions acting in their own self interest, when really the bottle neck sequence should be filled with those who have proven themselves worthy of these positions. However it is impossible for people to prove themselves worthy as you cannot compete with such a well supported structure, it would be trying to knock down the pyramid of Giza with a hammer.
This dog eat dog nature has been instilled by Capitalism, we are led to believe that it is human nature to want, to act in self interest but it is not, it is a mindset that Capitalism has put in place. For if we did not have luxuries and monopolies we would not have a need, there can be no demand if a product or service is not created, we survived perfectly well before the inventions in a materialistic world. So referring back to the bottle neck sequence, Marx stated that for Communism to be achieved the working class would have to form a workers system to defeat the Capitalist class so that there would be no class system left. This is an example of the lower classes supporting each other like a bottle neck sequence but to defeat the opposing corrupt capitalist system we would need to build our own bottle neck sequence in the proper way, by allowing people to prove themselves worthy of being in position rather than acting in the self interest, so that we have the best individuals to do the job, but not working as individuals but as a party.
